The Producer Tagalog Version Full _HOT_ Video

The price of cattle is influenced by the economic situation within the United States. The price is not set by some hidden mystic force; rather, it is based on the most economical use of resources. In other words, a high market price is based on the demand, and a low market price is based on a low demand. Demand comes from the consumer, so the price ultimately goes through many channels before it reaches the consumer. In this way, it is a three-stage process:

the producer tagalog version full video

  • The consumer purchases the product.

  • The producer sells the product.

  • The retailer buys the product.

  • In order to be cost effective, producers must do one of three things: Retain some ownership of the animals.

  • Send the animals to market.

  • Have the animals slaughtered.

While the cost of cattle, labor, insurance and feed inputs are the same for all producers, the price and profit vary depending on the degree to which the abovementioned stages are cost effective for the producer. When the producer costs are very high, the actual cost of the animal is high relative to the price the consumer pays.

The producer owns the cattle when they enter the feedlot. The producer has the right to select the cow. If the price of the animal is higher than the cost of feed, the producer may sell the animal in the feedlot. If the profit margin is still too low to cover the cost of feed, the producer may keep the animal in the feedlot until the market price and profit margin are high enough.

If the animal is sold in the feedlot, the producer has less control over the animal, but the producer does know what the market price will be. That market price is based on the cost of feed, labor, and insurance.
